About Us

Be confident, be prepared, be safe
Our Story
Please, accept our deepest gratitude for your help. Your generous contributions allow our defenders to continue their fight against Russian aggressors.
NGO VidNova+ was established by volunteers of the non-profit REVA Foundation under 501(c).3
Your donations were used to purchase and distribute urgently needed first-aid medical kits. Our instructors provided basic tactical medicine training for over 2,000 servicemen during the first six months of the war. Every month since October, the VidNova+ instructors provide training for over 700 servicemen and over 100 civilians in different locations around Ukraine.
Unfortunately, the current level of tactical medicine training in this country does not always live up to the international guidelines. There are many well intentioned people who want to help and sincerely believe that they can become trained combat medics in a very short period of time. Various “experts” try to improvise with home-made tourniquets or to give a life-hacking-style advice, which do not meet internationally accepted standards. Many volunteers join charity foundations and collect medical supplies or provide medical training to Ukrainian troops. However, even very experienced doctors are not always prepared to save lives under combat conditions. The task of a combat medic is to keep a person alive before he or she reaches professional doctors. To achieve this goal, one needs to be prepared for the unexpected, to have experience in providing emergency aid in the field and evacuating the wounded. In addition, a trained combat medic or corpsman must be both a soldier and a psychologist. It is the current mission of VidNova+ along with a non-profit REVA Foundation to close this gap and to provide the kind of training that will enable both medical professionals and those with no prior medical experience to become qualified combat life-savers, fully equipped with the proper skills for the job.
